• Experience processing title and registration documents for DMV.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle registrations in the state titled.
• Prepare tax and title documents.
• Submit title work to DMV and verify lien payoff.
• Ensure information accuracy on applications.
• Maintain title work records and report status monthly.
• Stay updated on title regulations and attend trainings.
• Cross-train colleagues on title clerk duties.
• Provide guidance to F&I managers and sales on title rules.
