Requires 1 year of title clerk experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and related administrative experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of title clerk experience required
• 2+ years of clerical/administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer/calculator use
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

Responsibilities

• Perform and prepare all legal documents for DMV transfers
• Process new and used vehicle registrations as needed
• Prepare tax and title documents for vehicles
• Verify funds and ensure lien holds are paid before processing titles
• Quality check documents to ensure completeness
• Billing dealer trades and other duties as assigned
