Job summary

Würth USA is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to maintain and grow a defined territory, strengthen customer relationships, and meet sales targets. The role emphasizes relationship-building with dealerships, collision shops, and repair facilities, plus delivery of Würth products and value-added services.

You will engage decision makers, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
Demonstrated professionalism and customer service experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Valid driver’s license.
Able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Engage decision makers through cold calling and prospecting.
Manage territory with 8-12 daily calls to dealerships, collision shops, and automotive repair facilities.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and market share within the territory.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues or concerns.
Provide value-added services such as ordering product, inventory management, and problem solving.
Showcase Würth products and services through presentations and demonstrations.
