Job summary

BG Products, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to build and sustain productive relationships with distributors and automotive accounts across the assigned region. You will develop maintenance programs in new car dealerships, independent repair facilities, and fleets while meeting quotas and driving growth.

You will lead promotions, deliver presentations, provide training within accounts, and coordinate with BG teams to support inventory, technical assistance, and program implementation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2+) years' experience in sales required, automotive industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain relationships with distributors and automotive accounts.
• Develop maintenance programs within dealerships, repair facilities, and fleets.
• Deliver promotional presentations to customers and prospects.
• Conduct ongoing training within accounts to support maintenance success.
• Gather customer information, advise on BG products, and implement new programs.
• Maintain records of customer accounts and sales transactions.
• Support accounts with inventory, technical assistance, and equipment maintenance.
• Meet or exceed territory quotas.
