Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Business Development Manager, Auto Care to drive adoption and growth of the NAPA Auto Care program across its territory. You will lead sales efforts, enroll new members, and train local teams to maximize program utilization.

In this role, you will collaborate with HQ, meet quarterly targets, and participate in events and trade shows to promote the Auto Care program while delivering excellent customer service to NAPA Auto Care centers in your region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling and account management experience with a track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays as required by the territory.
• Demonstrates sales acumen and ability to meet targets and drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell Auto Care prospects on the value of joining the NAPA Auto Care program.
• Collaborate with NAPA Auto Care HQ to drive adoption and new memberships.
• Host territory meetings to train local sales teams on program adoption and usage.
• Achieve territory quotas for sales, new members, and co-branded projects.
• Support local BDGs with events, community engagement, and consumer-facing marketing.
