Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager who understands the dealership and wholesale car business. You will be the face of ACV, building and managing a multi-dealership territory with energy and credibility, delivering exceptional service and revenue growth.

You will travel to dealerships daily, cultivate relationships, and operate with a consultative selling approach to expand ACV’s market presence in the Northeast region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dealership experience in the used or new car business.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Experience selling into dealerships and auction knowledge preferred.
• Ability to travel daily to dealerships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow and build out new business in your territory.
• Service accounts in person and via phone, seeking incremental growth opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce for reporting and tracking on a daily basis.
• Achieve or exceed established sales goals.
• Develop relationships with dealers and dealer groups to maximize revenue.
