Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company, a Big O Tires franchise serving Missouri, Arkansas and Kansas, is seeking a General Service Technician. This role performs tire installation, oil changes, fluid checks and related service activities with accuracy and safety.

You will assist customers, rotate and balance tires, maintain store appearance, and support training for new employees while adhering to company policies and safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and willingness to learn concepts and procedures.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Sales abilities to explain benefits of services and products to customers.

Responsibilities

• Drain oil and change oil filter; lubricate vehicles and install/rotate tires.
• Inspect and stock tires and supplies; maintain store appearance.
