Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Big O General Service Technician to perform service and installation tasks for store products and services in Missouri. The role emphasizes accurate work, safety, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities include tire work, oil changes, fluid checks, stocking, and promoting sales while maintaining store standards and completing mandatory training. Missouri-specific licensing and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Age 17+ with parental consent
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials
• Ability to operate a computer and office equipment
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Drain oil and change oil filters and lubricate vehicles.
• Unload tires and merchandise from trucks and deliveries.
• Inspect disposed tires and store or dispose of them properly.
• Clean facilities, tools, and equipment and stock shelves.
• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service and promote sales.
• Perform pricing, promotions, and merchandising tasks per policy.
• Maintain store appearance to match Big O Tires standards.
• Safely operate customer vehicles and train new staff as needed.
• Complete required training and inform supervisor of issues.
