Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a General Service Technician for its Big O Tires franchise in Missouri. The role includes tire installation, maintenance, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Age 17 or older with parental consent
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials
• Ability to operate a computer and office equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to meet pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Drain oil, change oil filter, lubricate vehicles, install/rotate/balance tires
• Check and fill fluids; inspect and replace filters and lights
• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service
• Explain benefits of services and promote sales
• Maintain store appearance and safety; operate vehicles in service areas
• Complete required training and assist in training new employees
