Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age or older (with parental consent).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain Missouri Current Motor Vehicle Inspection license within 6 months of eligibility (for Missouri stores).

Responsibilities

• Drain oil and change oil filter; lubricate vehicles; install, rotate and balance tires; check and fill fluids; replace filters and lights.
• Unload tires and merchandise from deliveries.
• Inspect disposed tires and store or dispose properly.
• Maintain store appearance and stock shelves.
• Provide fast and friendly customer service.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits of services and products; perform sales duties per policy.
• Safely operate vehicles and training requirements.
• Assist in training new employees.
