Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with team leadership.

• Basic math and cash-handling skills with POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations in absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach and train technicians and service advisors for consistent service.
• Assist with scheduling to cover peak hours and busy seasons.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Track daily sales, productivity, and KPIs to hit goals.
