FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations in Mobile. You will split time between the service bay, front counter, and back office, coaching technicians and service advisors to deliver fast, high-quality automotive service in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment including service bay time.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership & Supervision: support the Store Manager and coach technicians and service advisors.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Help onboard and train new team members on service procedures and POS systems.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment reflecting company values.
• Greet customers, explain services, and promote quality, speed, and trust.
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, POS transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with orders as directed.
• Ensure shop and customer areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.
