Qualifications

• Experience in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, hands-on environment that includes service bay work.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling; familiar with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily store operations, stepping in for the Store Manager as needed.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new team members on procedures, POS usage, and customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment reflecting brand values.
• Greet customers, explain services, and promote additional services per guidelines.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly; escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with orders as directed by the Store Manager.
• Ensure shop and customer areas are clean, organized and compliant with safety policies.
