Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that includes time in the service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using point-of-sale and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach and train technicians and service advisors to maintain high-quality service.
• Schedule team coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new staff on procedures, POS, and customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment aligned with brand values.
• Greet customers, explain services, and drive upsell of additional services.
• Monitor store operations, cash handling, and POS transactions.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
