Sun Auto Tire & Service seeks a Sales and Service Advisor to greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and promote services. You will provide accurate quotes, guide customers through options, and keep them updated on progress throughout the service.

This on-site role emphasizes process discipline and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Possess current, valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the telephone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations to help customers decide.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time; update customers throughout the day.
• Follow proper cashing-out procedures and explain warranties.
• Conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction; track returns and warranty parts.
• Other duties as assigned
