Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor in California. This full-time role focuses on greeting customers, identifying needs, and guiding them through services and financing options.

You will build accurate estimates, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a smooth, trustworthy customer experience from check-in to checkout. The position offers commission or bonus opportunities, paid training, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and growth toward leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and organized, able to learn automotive products and services.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities with professional communication.
• Willingness to work weekends and follow store standards.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in person and by phone, building trust from first contact.
• Review vehicle history and diagnostics to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tires, warranties, and financing options clearly.
• Create estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Update customers on status, timing, and costs throughout the day.
• Collaborate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments and verify parts availability; handle checkout.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.
