You will recruit and mentor technicians, monitor repair progress, drive customer satisfaction, and uphold department profitability. Strong leadership and communication are essential to meet performance goals and CSI targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of industry standards and best practices in automotive service.
• Good time management skills to handle service/customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the service department with Advisors, Technicians and support staff.
• Ensure repairs are performed correctly and efficiently with high customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, and develop qualified technicians; implement training programs.
• Assign repairs efficiently and provide technical support while tracking progress.
• Maintain quality, minimize comebacks, and conduct quality checks on completed work.
