Responsibilities

• Oversee service department operations to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Manage, hire, train, and develop Service Advisors and technicians.
• Analyze CSI results and implement retention strategies.
• Prepare weekly service department reports using Excel/Word.
• Collaborate with Parts and Sales to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor productivity, labor sales, and departmental profitability.
• Maintain WIP reports and warranty claim submissions.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries and maintain CSI scores.
