Leeds West Groups in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Service Manager to lead the daily operations of the service department, optimize workflow, monitor KPIs, and deliver legendary customer service while aligning with Store Manager targets.

You will manage parts inventory, safety compliance, drive business growth, mentor staff, and maintain a high-performing team in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. A high school diploma and 3+ years of managerial experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business management or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of related experience.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct service department operations including scheduling, staffing, customer satisfaction, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure services are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with standards.
• Monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive profitability.
• Lead customer retention strategies and support business growth.
• Oversee parts inventory, procurement, and supply chain relationships.
