The role requires strong leadership, integrity, and KPIs-driven decision making, with collaboration with the Store Manager to meet business goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead daily service department operations and supervise staff.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, safety, and OSHA requirements.
• Experience managing inventory, parts procurement, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage service dept daily operations including scheduling and workflow optimization.
• Ensure services are completed efficiently and in compliance with standards.
• Analyze KPIs to drive improvements in service performance.
• Develop strategies for customer retention and growth.
• Provide legendary customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as primary contact for service inquiries and estimates.
• Oversee parts inventory, pricing, and supply chain relationships.
• Monitor inventory, expenses, and budgets; manage payroll and security tasks.
• Act as a key holder for opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure OSHA safety practices and test drives comply with policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and stay current on industry trends.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on business plans and budgets.
