Leeds West Groups is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily automotive retail operations, drive service quality, and promote a high level of customer satisfaction. You will assist in staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization while ensuring compliance with safety policies and industry standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage inventory costs, payroll, and promotional activities to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily business operations, including scheduling, staffing, customer satisfaction, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure services are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company, safety, and industry standards.
• Assist in analyzing KPIs to track shop performance and identify improvement areas.
• Help develop strategies for customer retention and growth to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Provide legendary customer service and ensure satisfaction through professional customer interactions and communications.
• Assist with inventory, costs, payroll, and safety program oversight to meet budget targets.
• Act as a key holder and handle opening/closing procedures, deposits, and security tasks.
• Support safety initiatives and OSHA policy adherence.
• Ensure test drives are conducted safely and per policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment per policies.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting automotive repair and safety.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and senior management on plans, budgets, and programs.
