Qualifications

• Store Manager must exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters that significantly impact business operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required for team management and customer interactions.
• Experience in automotive retail or service operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily business operations, including scheduling, staffing, customer satisfaction, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure services are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company, safety, and industry standards.
• Analyze KPIs to track shop performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and growth to maximize sales and profitability.
• Provide legendary customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through professional interactions and communications.
• Oversee inventory levels, shrinkage, costs, payroll, and safety compliance.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, deposits, and security-related tasks.
