Job summary

Leeds West Groups is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily automotive retail and service operations with a focus on service quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will drive staff performance, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards while meeting business goals.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive automotive knowledge, and the ability to develop business plans and training strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• At least 3 years of related experience and 3+ years of managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, scheduling, staffing, customer satisfaction, and workflow.
• Monitor KPIs to track shop performance and identify improvements.
• Oversee inventory, costs, payroll, and expenses to support budgets.
• Lead opening/closing procedures and security responsibilities.
• Deliver legendary customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA compliance, and safe work practices.
