Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred; prior automotive industry knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and scheduling.
• Provide legendary customer service and handle promotions, discounts, financing options, and follow-ups.
• Advise customers on automotive repair services and upsell relevant offerings.
• Schedule service appointments based on availability and profitability.
• Maintain customer records and manage invoices and payments.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of appointments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policy, and industry standards.
