Leeds West Groups is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily automotive retail operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist in scheduling, staffing, training, and policy compliance while driving KPIs and sales objectives.

You will help supervise employees, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards, OSHA compliance, and an engaging team culture in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of related leadership/management experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, customer satisfaction and workflow optimization.
• Ensure services are completed in compliance with company, safety, and industry standards.
• Monitor KPIs to track shop performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and growth to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Provide legendary customer service and handle customer interactions, promotions, discounts, and post-service follow-ups.
• Oversee inventory levels, costs, payroll management, and safety compliance.
• Act as key holder for opening/closing procedures, deposits, and security tasks.
• Ensure a safe, clean, organized store environment and compliance with OSHA policies.
