Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with legal work eligibility.
• Active driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BA in business a plus.
• Minimum 1 year related experience preferred.
• Prior automotive industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations, scheduling and staffing.
• Deliver legendary customer service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Advise customers on automotive repair services and pricing.
• Identify upsell opportunities to increase service revenue.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely appointments and accurate work.
• Maintain accurate customer records and processing invoices.
