Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers seeks an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department, coach technicians, and drive high standards of performance in store operations. You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to optimize processes, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise technicians, manage schedules, and ensure quality inspections, parts inventory, and OSHA/MSDS compliance while fostering a team-oriented environment and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the store service department and coach technicians and service personnel.
• Supervise scheduling of duties, assign tasks, and follow up on completion.
• Coach staff on process adherence within ISI systems and service standards.
• Interact with customers on sales, service opportunities, and adjustments.
• Evaluate performance and productivity of service department personnel.
• Manage parts inventory and external purchases, ensuring compliance with Tire Purchase Program.
