Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Manager role.
• Outstanding leadership and store management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA laws and MSDS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the store recruiting process for the Store Manager.
• Supervise technicians and service personnel; plan and assign duties.
• Coach service team on operational issues and ISI processes.
• Interact with customers on sales, service and opportunities.
• Evaluate performance and productivity of service staff.
• Manage parts inventory and outside purchases; restock as needed.
• Ensure store safety, equipment layout, and compliance with procedures.
• Enforce wheel torqueing process and ensure proper inspections.
