Job summary

Greenway Mazda in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee technicians, service advisors, and day-to-day operations to drive efficiency, quality repairs, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has dealer-level management experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to train staff, manage inventory, and uphold safety and environmental standards in a full‑time role.

Qualifications

• Two years of dealer-level or large facility manager experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Customer-focused with a track record of mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience by listening to needs and addressing issues.
• Supervise technicians and service advisors to deliver repairs efficiently.
• Oversee inventory and parts availability for repairs.
• Maintain environmental, health, and safety standards in the department.
