Job summary

Greenway Mazda in Houston, TX is seeking an automotive sales consultant to help customers select the right vehicle and close sales. You will build trust with clients, maintain showroom standards, and work with the team to meet monthly sales targets while delivering top-tier service.

You will actively engage customers, upsell options, process purchases at POS, and strive for outstanding satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role.
• Proficiency in English and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Go the extra mile to drive sales and maintain in-stock, presentable areas.
