2Mazda in Loveland, CO is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department, drive customer satisfaction, control costs, and build a loyal client base in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will supervise technicians and service advisors, manage daily operations, ensure accurate records, and meet CSI targets while maintaining safety and vendor relationships. Requires strong communication, leadership, and at least 3–5 years in auto repair with supervisory experience.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years experience in an auto repair facility.
• Two plus years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient knowledge of dealership computer systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist service and sales personnel in all phases of their job descriptions.
• Document employee behavior and potential punitive actions.
• Report to management any circumstances affecting integrity of the dealership.
• Maintain proper stocking with parts department for high-use parts.
• Collect accounts receivable for service work.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and accidents reported.
• Maintain service records and CSI targets.
