Job summary

United Access in Houston, TX is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department, driving performance, improving workflow, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This hands-on leadership role will manage technicians, oversee daily operations, and own service results.

You will lead scheduling, develop the service team, monitor metrics like revenue, productivity, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction, and collaborate with Sales and Parts to support operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive/service experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience managing technicians.
• Experience with DMS systems (required).
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow.
• Manage and develop Service Technicians.
• Drive service revenue, productivity, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales and Parts to support operations.
• Oversee work orders, billing, and inventory.
