You will hire, train, schedule, and coach associates, ensuring compliance with regulations while maintaining a reliable service desk and productive workflow. This exempt, full-time role rewards leadership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• ASE Certification C1 in Service Consultant is required.
• State Inspection License may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Hire the best associates in the area and develop a superior team.
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs across all hours of operation.
• Train and coach staff on safety, service standards, and the 5 for 5 process.
• Dispatch work orders to technicians based on first-ready availability.
• Ensure facility and equipment meet safety, cleanliness and regulatory standards.
