Responsibilities

Hire the best associates and develop a superior team.
Proper scheduling of the team to meet customer needs during all hours of operation.
Communicate with the team through daily huddles and bi-monthly store meetings.
Train, support and deliver the 5 for 5 process to educate customers about their vehicle conditions and solutions.
Ensure safety, compliance with codes and procedures, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
