Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in Florida is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will build a high-performing team, coach technicians, and drive store processes and safety standards.

You will supervise recruiting decisions, schedule duties, work with customers on sales and service, manage parts inventory, and ensure compliance with OSHA/MSDS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting support by assisting the Store Manager on final employment decisions.

• Coach service team on operational processes and ISI systems compliance.
• Engage with customers on sales, service, opportunities, and adjustments.
• Manage parts inventory and outside purchases per Tire Purchase Program; restock as needed.
• Ensure store safety and proper equipment layout; supervise shop area.
