Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
• Fast-paced, hands-on environment with time in service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling; comfortable with POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations; step in during absence.
• Coach and motivate technicians and service advisors for quality service.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure proper coverage during peak times.
• Onboard/train new team members on procedures, POS, and customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment reflecting brand values.
• Monitor store inventory and assist with orders per manager guidance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
