Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations across the service bay, front counter, and back office. This hands-on role focuses on delivering fast, friendly, high-quality automotive service while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive location.

You will coach technicians and service advisors, schedule shifts, greet customers, upsell services per manufacturer guidelines, handle cash and POS transactions, and monitor inventory.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to motivate a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with service bay time.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach technicians and service advisors to deliver quality service.
• Assist with scheduling to cover peak hours and holidays.
• Greet customers, explain services, and upsell per guidelines.
• Support cash handling and POS transactions; monitor inventory.
