You will balance hands-on work with people leadership, focusing on customer experience, sales support, and efficient store performance. The position offers growth toward store leadership within a national platform.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily store operations, stepping in when the Store Manager is absent.
• Coach and train technicians and service advisors to maintain quality service.
• Assist with scheduling to cover peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard new team members on service procedures, POS, and customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment reflecting brand values.
• Support customer experience, upsell services per manufacturer guidelines, and resolve issues.
