FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager across operations. This hands-on role balances time between the service bay, the front counter, and the back office, and is a key developmental step toward store leadership.

You will lead by example, coach technicians and service advisors, and help with scheduling, onboarding, and customer care. A strong customer-focused mindset and reliable team leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment including service bay and front counter.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily store operations in the manager's absence.
• Coach and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling to cover peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard new team members on service procedures, POS systems, and customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment reflecting brand values.
• Greet customers, explain services, upsell per manufacturer guidelines, and resolve issues.
