FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Thomasville location to lead day-to-day operations across the service bay, front counter, and back office. You will coach technicians and service advisors, manage scheduling, and ensure fast, high-quality automotive service while upholding safety and brand standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training new staff, and driving customer satisfaction through proactive service and upselling opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1+ years in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, hands-on environment including service bay work.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; proficient with POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Lead and supervise daily operations in absence of store manager.
• Coach and motivate technicians and service advisors for quality service.

• Ensure safety protocols and environmental regulations are followed.
• Track daily sales and productivity to meet store goals.
