FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager in Rapid City to support daily store operations, lead by example, and develop a high-performing team. The role spans service bay, front counter, and back office responsibilities, emphasizing speed, quality, and trusted customer care.

You will coach technicians and advisors, schedule coverage, onboard new hires, and help maintain safety and brand standards while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to lead and motivate a team.
• Fast-paced, hands-on environment including time in service bay and front counter.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable with POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Lead day-to-day operations in absence of Store Manager and support leadership.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors for consistent service.
• Assist with scheduling to cover peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard new team members on service procedures and customer standards.
• Enhance customer experience through speed, quality, and trust.
• Assist with store and shop operations, including cash handling and POS transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure shop safety and compliance.
• Track daily sales, productivity, and KPIs to reach store goals.
