Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in North Carolina is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee daily automotive service operations, drive financial performance and ensure exceptional customer experience. You will lead and develop teams, manage workflow and safety, and partner with regional leaders on staffing and strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes personnel development, operational excellence, and the ability to translate data into actions that improve productivity and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Two+ years of experience in automotive or truck systems with supervisory/management responsibilities.
• Strong business and financial acumen with data analysis and decision-making capacity.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations including financial performance, payroll, expenses, inventory, scheduling, and efficiency.
• Monitor sales, profit and loss, and KPIs; implement actions to boost productivity and profitability.
• Lead, develop, and supervise Car Care teams through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Partner with Area/Regional leadership on staffing and disciplinary decisions.
• Ensure adequate staffing and operational support to meet service demands.
