The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee daily shop operations, financial performance, and the customer experience at a busy automotive service facility. You will lead and develop a team, manage workflow and shop efficiency, and ensure safety and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years in automotive/truck systems with leadership responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Required High school diploma, GED, and/or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Two or more years of experience working with automotive or truck systems, including supervisory and project management responsibilities.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive results.
• Proven leadership skills with team development and collaboration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Results-oriented in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily shop operations, including financial performance, payroll, expenses, inventory, scheduling, and shop efficiency.
• Monitor sales, profit and loss, and KPIs; implement action plans to hit productivity, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Lead and supervise Car Care/Car Care Plus teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and recognition.
• Partner with Area and Regional leadership on staffing, compensation, and employment decisions.
• Ensure adequate staffing and support to meet service and repair demands.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction by resolving concerns and promoting services across lines.
• Maintain a safe, compliant workplace by enforcing safety standards and investigating incidents.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
