Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Facility Manager in overseeing daily operations of the automotive repair facility. You will drive operational performance, coach employees, manage workflow, and ensure excellent customer service to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities include supervising Service Advisors, monitoring financial performance, and promoting safety, with a competitive salary range of $55,000–$70,000 and monthly bonus potential based on

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; technical school certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• At least 1 year of experience with automotive or truck systems.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Proven leadership, teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication skills for working with employees, customers and leadership.
• Results-driven and able to perform in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shop operations, including financial performance, expenses, inventory and workflow.
• Monitor business results and help drive productivity, revenue and profitability goals.
• Supervise and coach Service Advisors and other team members to meet performance and customer service expectations.
• Partner with the Facility Manager on employee development, performance management and policy compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Promote safety compliance and assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Help ensure the location meets operational, customer service and business objectives.
• Partner with the Facility Manager to drive customer satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity, volume, revenue and gross profit.
