AAA The Auto Club Group in Fort Mill, SC is seeking candidates for a Leadership Development Program that trains you to run and lead a Car Care Center from the ground up. You will rotate through customer service, sales, operations and financial performance while learning coaching, daily operations, and accountability.
Ideal candidates have two+ years of leadership experience, strong business sense, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school certification optional.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily Car Care operations including financial performance, payroll, expenses, inventory, staffing and shop efficiency.
- Monitor sales and financial results, implementing action plans to hit performance and profitability goals.
- Recruit, develop, schedule, coach and manage staff to maintain productivity, quality and customer service.
- Partner with Area/Regional leadership on hiring, compensation, promotions and performance actions.
- Deliver a positive customer experience by resolving concerns and identifying opportunities to meet needs.
- Maintain a safe, compliant workplace by enforcing safety standards and investigating incidents.
