This role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and basic computer skills, with a compensation range of $60K-$100K+ plus benefits in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills are required.

• Clean and valid driver's license is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure a positive customer experience
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
