Job summary

The Foster Group, a Jiffy Lube franchisee operating nine locations in Idaho, seeks a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences and trusted maintenance recommendations. Candidates should have at least one year of automotive service exposure, strong communication, and the ability to discuss product options and timing.

You will participate in Jiffy Lube University training, gain ACE accreditation credits, and have opportunities for advancement as you grow with our team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in dealership/auto shop/quick lube
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Ability to learn Jiffy Lube products and services

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with exceptional and world class customer service
• Understand the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services
• Accurately capture guests' product needs and provide updates throughout the process
• Offer options tailored to guests’ automotive needs
• Give impartial advice on Manufacturer time and mileage recommendations
• Perform oil changes and related maintenance as required
