Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in automotive or quick lube environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Jiffy Lube guests.
• Explain vehicle service needs and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Capture customers' product needs and provide updates throughout the process.
• Offer options tailored to customers' automotive needs.
• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance as required.
• Support daily store operations and team success.
