Job summary

Den Kelly Chevrolet GMC is seeking a friendly front desk associate to welcome customers for service visits, answer calls, and coordinate with service advisors and technicians in a busy dealership environment.

You will help keep the front desk organized, provide timely updates, and ensure a professional, attentive experience during peak times. Automotive experience is welcome but not required; hospitality or retail background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Clear, friendly communication in person and over the phone.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort using computers, phones, and basic office tools.
• Ability to manage several requests while staying calm and courteous.
• Reliability and a willingness to support teammates.
• Customer service or hospitality experience. Automotive experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them check in for service appointments.
• Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, and connect customers with the right person.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to help customers receive timely updates.
• Follow through on customer questions and requests so important details don't get missed.
• Keep the front desk organized and ready for customers.
• Help the service team provide a professional, attentive experience during busy periods.
