Qualifications

• Proven face-to-face customer service or sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license is strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests from their vehicles and review their requests.
• Inform guests of promotions or products with a thorough understanding of Jiffy Lube offerings.
• Provide impartial options tailored to guest needs based on recommendations and findings.
• Update guests throughout the process and communicate any special circumstances.
• Perform preventative maintenance like oil changes, fluid top-ups, and inspecting components.
• Promote loyalty by ensuring quality workmanship and encouraging return visits.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
